3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Numèa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on the carrier’s website using this number.

5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
